This beautiful daily practice has literally changed all areas of my life. From my relationships, to my health, my business, my finances, from the house I live in, to the way I connect with my kids - everything. I want to share this common practice with you so you too can start amping up all areas of your life.
Ok, here's what I do:
EVERY morning when I get into my office, I take out out a piece of paper and I write down three things I am most grateful for.
Most days this looks like... my customers, my wholesale accounts, the freedom of working from home, being with my kids, not wearing a uniform, control over my finances, flexibility in my day, the software I have access to that makes running my business so easy to run.. so on and so on.
I literally have a billion things to be grateful for and I bet you do too!
But here's the key. You can only choose three things each day and you need to physically write them down.. then close your eyes and feel with every cell in your body how freaking grateful you are for these things. Let that gratitude fill up your body, breathe it in.. and then watch how that radically changes your day.
For example, when I focus on my customers and how incredible and abundant they are, I can literally watch their orders roll into my inbox ALONG with beautiful thank you messages.
Or when I focus on and feel incredibly grateful for the financial freedom this business provides and how, now I don't have to worry about how I'm going to pay the bills this week, I know that when I check the bank balance I'll be high-fiving myself (because I'm alone of course!) all day long!
When I focus my energy and be grateful for specific things in my life, more of these things SHOW UP in my reality.
It's so simple.
So, try this. Get super damn grateful for three things in your life right now and (really feel it sister) and watch how this brings more abundance, more work, more customers, more friends, more love, more health, whatever it is, into your life.
